According to a report by Variety, the multiplatinum country star Jimmie Allen’s former manager who is identified as Jane Doe has sued him for assault and sexual abuse. As per the lawsuit obtained by the media outlet on Thursday, she has listed many instances where the popular musician allegedly raped her and assaulted her over the period of 18 months.
The publication has stated that in March 2021, Jimmie allegedly abused his former manager Jane Doe during a work trip to Los Angeles when filming an episode of American Idol.
Doe has claimed that she woke up naked in the hotel with severe pain and vaginal bleeding after a business dinner. She didn’t remember what happened the night before. She also mentioned that she was a virgin at that time, and the CMA winner forced her to take a Plan B pill soon after to avoid pregnancy.
Allen’s former manager told the media outlet, “I was disconnected from my body, feeling a sense of panic.” She recalled being in a confused state of mind when Allen allegedly said to her, “I’ve been thinking about this for so long.”
Jane further added, “He held me in place. At that point, any physical will was just out the door. I was pretty much paralyzed.”

In a statement issued to Variety magazine, the country star stated he had a consensual sexual relationship with Jane Doe over 2 years. He said, “It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever.”
Jimmie went on to say, “I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship — one that lasted for nearly two years. During that time she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely.”
The statement further continued, “Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives. The simple fact is, her accusations are not only false, but also extremely damaging. I’ve worked incredibly hard to build my career, and I intend to mount a vigorous defense to her claims and take all other legal action necessary to protect my reputation.”
Jane Doe’s lawyer has pushed back on Allen’s claim and stated that her client never asked for money. Her attorney said, “The only ask we made of Allen and his legal counsel was to meet to discuss Allen’s behavior and resolution of our client’s claims. At no time did our client make a monetary demand. The response was a hard no, and colored with threats that his team would take steps to publicly tarnish my client. My client had no choice but to be proactive in protecting herself by filing the complaint.”
Jimmie Allen’s record label has suspended him after sexual battery lawsuit
Jimmie’s record label BBR Music Group is cutting all ties with him. The label has suspended the singer following allegations of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed on Thursday by his former manager Jane Doe.
In a statement issued to Entertainment Tonight, the company said, “In light of today’s allegations against Jimmie Allen, BBR Music Group has decided to suspend all activity with him, effective immediately.”
