As per the legal documents obtained by the publication TMZ, Franky Venegas who is 21 years old at the moment was taken into custody after his girlfriend informed the police authorities that he slapped her and he shoved her in the swimming pool.
The girlfriend of the TikTok star spilled the beans on the incident and told the cops that the couple got into an argument on Saturday at the pool area of their Airbnb in Pompano Beach after she threatened to break up with him due to his “physical abusive behavior.”
Venegas’ girlfriend went on to say that soon after he slapped her across the face and pushed her into the shallow part of the pool. His girlfriend’s chin hit the concrete floor of the pool. The cops also saw a few bruises on her chin, legs as well as arms when they had a chat with her at a nearby hospital.

Then, the social media star shared a mugshot of himself on his Instagram page that put his heavily tattooed face on display. He subtly talked about his arrest in the caption of the social media post. He simply captioned the Instagram post, ‘is not what it seems.’
He continued and stated that life is about ‘peace and prosperity and ’24 hour lockdown and fighting demons nobody cared now they do.’
Franky Venegas was accused of domestic abuse last year
In January 2022, Montaisha Shanell, the former girlfriend of the Florida rapper Franky accused him of domestic abuse during an Instagram live. At that point, she alleged that he regularly beat her when the two of them were dating. In a clip that popped up on the internet, the duo was seen fighting.
