With Christmas around the corner, Veronica Rodriguez might have just found the person to spend it with. The 90 Day Fiancé icon confirmed that she is seeing her co-star Kim Menzies’s son Jamal Menzies.
They Have An Open Relationship?
The tv star chose to share all during the “90 Day Fiancé: The Single Life” Season 3 tell-all episode. She said, “[I’m dating] somebody that I met kind of casually and I didn’t expect it to go anywhere but we just really, really hit it off.”
She then went on to explain where she saw him and how they hit it off. She recalled “I actually saw him on the tell-all of Kim’s season. … I was going to San Diego ’cause I know he used to live there, so, I was like, ‘Anything I should see or things like that?’ And he was like, ‘I will be in San Diego … and I will and take you to dinner if you’d like.’”
She also made a revelation about the relationship that might be surprising to some. The 37-year-old revealed that they have an open relationship, which means that they can sleep around and are not physically exclusive to each other.

Veronica’s Ex-Fiancé Disapproves
Veronica’s ex- fiancé Tim Malcolm, commented on the relationship in the same episode. He believed that “She doesn’t feel comfortable saying yet, ‘Hey, you’ve got to get rid of the other girls.’”
He also added that “I actually can’t believe that you’re lowering yourself to that, that you don’t [think you] deserve someone who’s going to put you on a pedestal … It’s sad to me,”
Veronica made her debut on the show back in 2019, she appeared on the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days as part of Tim’s storyline. However, she returned to season 3 of the show and revealed that they had parted ways as Tim was too “consumed by his business”.
Veronica’s Other Romances
The former Florida International University student then struck up a quotient with Justin Foster. The two liked each other but that relationship did not flourish either. When Veronica came to know that Justin was planning to move back to Florida to be near his kids and ex-wife, they broke up.
Before Veronica got with Jamal, she hinted that she was with someone new in part 1 of The Single Life tell-all.
While Veronica may or may not want Jamal to exclusively be with her, Jamal made his feelings clear. Although he said that the relationship could “potentially” turn into something more, he was not really sure about it.
He clarified by saying “I mean, I don’t get into anything with the notion of it not going anywhere. … We’re having a good time, we’re having fun.”
Time will tell whether this relationship flourishes to succumbs to differences like Veronica’s previous relationships. But for now, both parties seem to be enjoying themselves and are comfortable with having an open relationship.
