The 26-year-old American rapper and his entourage of around 20 people were kicked out of El Tiesto Cafe in Miami Sunday (Jan. 22) night for acting recklessly. It is reported that Tekashi poured free booze into the mouths of patrons.

It was reported that the 26-year-old rapper went behind the bar without permission and began pouring tequila into his patrons’ mouths. His group of friends kept dancing on top of the bar despite being asked not to do so.
It appears like the exit was peaceful as Tekashi is a friend of the owner of the Dominican Japanese restaurant. At around 8:20 p.m. ET, the rapper and his friends were taken out of the place, but, Tekashi was seen hugging a bodyguard near the security stand. “He’s friends with the owner,” a source revealed. “He’s here all the time.”
The source also revealed that Tekashi walked towards his Rolls Royce and left the vicinity. A police officer, however, arrived 20 minutes after the “Trollz” raper left. The cop started speaking to a staff member before exiting the venue. No arrests were made.
A spokesperson for the Miami police department revealed there no case was registered regarding the incident, but further stated that businesses have an option of hiring an off-duty police officer who would handle any call for service if warranted.
Tekashi’s Previous Run-In With Law…
The “Mala” rapper may have chased an arrest this time, but he is no stranger to serious issues with the law. In 2019, Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was sentenced to two years in prison for racketeering conspiracy and eight other charges. Before this, he faced 47 years in prison after he admitted to being a part of the Nine Trey Bloods gang to help his career and contribute to them financially.
In April 2020, the rapper was released early after serving a lesser sentence and moreover, due to coronavirus amid his asthma issues. He was sent to home confinement, which ended officially in August 2020. Not only this, but in 2015, he pleaded guilty to a felony count of the use of a child in a sexual performance. Tekashi was ordered a four-year probation and 1,000 community service.
Amid his success, the rapper’s music is highly marked by an aggressive style of rapping. His controversial public persona is characterized by his distinctive rainbow-coloured hair, extensive tattoos, legal issues, and publicized celebrity feud. Since his release from prison, Tekashi has maintained his commercial success. His hit song “Gooba” peaked at number 3 in the U.S.
Not only this, but “Trollz” peaked at number 1 in the country. This was his third collaboration with Nikki Minaj. His second album, TattleTales (2020), debuted at number four on the US Billboard 200. Despite this success, many major figures in the hip-hop industry continue to condemn him for his role as a witness for the prosecution in the Nine Trey Gangsters trial.
