According to a report by TMZ, the Grammy-winning pop star and Matty Healy who were recently spotted out and about on a double date with her longtime friend and collaborator Jack Antonoff and his fiancée Margaret Qualley are no longer together. As per Entertainment Tonight, the reason behind the pair’s split is that Swift and Healy realized they are not compatible.
A close source told the media outlet, “Taylor and Matty are both extremely busy and realized they’re not really compatible with each other. Taylor’s friends want what’s best for her and aren’t shocked that their relationship fizzled out since she recently got out of a long-term relationship.”

The romance rumors of the pair started going around in circles last month. Then, they were seen together on various occasions including at Electric Lady Studios in New York City on May 15 along with stars like Jack Antonoff, Margaret Qualley, Kendrick Lamar, and Florence Welch.
Matty marked his presence at all of Taylor’s six Eras Tour shows that took place in Nashville and Philadelphia. In the pictures and videos that surfaced on the internet from the concerts, he was seen chit-chatting with Taylor’s dad Scott Swift and her close pals like Blake Lively, and Gigi Hadid.
During Swift’s Eras Tour concert in Foxborough, Massachusetts on May 20, she gave a life update to her fans before performing the song Question…? from her tenth studio album Midnights. At that time, she said, “I’ve just never been this happy in my life in all aspects of my life ever.”
While addressing the crowd at the Gillette stadium, the Midnight Rain singer further added, “And I just want to thank you for being a part of that. It’s not just a tour, I just sort of feel like my life finally feels like it makes sense. So I thought I’d play this song which brings me a lot of happy memories.”
A couple of days later, the two of them were seen packing on the PDA at the members-only venue Zero Bond in New York City. While making an appearance at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Dundee, Scotland on May 25, Matty subtly spoke about his romance with Taylor.
Then, he asked the crowd, “Is it all a bit? Is it sincere? Will he ever address it? All of these questions and more will be ignored in the next hour. Ladies and gentlemen, this is The 1975.”
