On Sunday, the Material Girl singer took to her Instagram to share with her fans all over the world that she is looking for a new trainer at the moment.
“I need a New Trainer!! Needs to be Extremely Experienced and knowledgeable about Fitness Training and Dance Cardio at the highest level!!,” she wrote alongside the video of herself working out in an all-black ensemble.

The Like a Prayer singer went on to say, “Certification required as well as an Understanding of Nutrition  and House Music! . If you are qualified email here—-send Resume as well. Willing to relocate to NYC! Mtrainernyc@gmail.com 💪🏻🏋️💃🎶”

What is the workout routine of Madonna?

In the past, Madonna’s trainer Craig Smith told Women’s Health, that the A League of Their Own star hits the gym around six days a week for at least 30 minutes at a time. In an earlier interaction with Daily Mail Australia, her trainer Craig said, “I vary the workouts every single day.”

Smith told the media outlet, “She does a combination of circuit training, interval training, and resistance training. Dance is obviously a huge part of that.” In addition to this, she also maintains her fitness via boxing, martial arts, and yoga sessions.

He went on to say, “her favorite workout is something that’s all-inclusive of cardio . . . focusing on combining all the elements from upper body, lower body and core.”

When we talk about food, it has been reported by Women’s Health that Madonna follows a macrobiotic diet which is mostly vegetarian. A large majority of her meals are vegan and she focuses on eating whole fruits and veggies.

Madonna recently reflected on the legacy of her Sex book

On Saturday, the 64-year-old singer-songwriter took to her Instagram Story and stated that her book paved the path for other sex positive female entertainers like Cardi B, Kim Kardashian, and Miley Cyrus.

Madonna started by writing, “30 years ago I published a book called ‘S.E.X.’ In addition to photos of me naked there were photos of Men kissing Men, Woman kissing Woman, and Me kissing everyone. I also wrote about my sexual fantasies and shared my point of view about sexuality in an ironic way.”

She added, “Now Cardi B can sing about her WAP. Kim Kardashian can grace the cover of any magazine with her naked ass and Miley Cyrus can come in like a wrecking ball.”
