Now it’s official! After living at Chateau Dubrow for almost six years, Terry and Heather Dubrow have decided to move on from their home there.
It was reported that the Real Housewives of Orange County star and her husband, a botched surgeon, sold the 22,000-square-foot property for $55 million. Definitely, yes! I found it to be an expensive sale.
As Their Future Move, The Couple Decided To Sell The Property
The iconic mansion of Heather Dubrow, known as Dubrow Chateau, has been sold to a new owner. On October 16, a Real Housewives of Orange County cast member said she and her husband, Terry Dubrow, bought a “love shack” in Los Angeles during BravoCon 2022. However, on October 21, she confirmed that they also sold their Newport Beach mansion, approximately 22,000 square feet in size, for $55,000,000.
Heather’s interview with the publication stated, “With two kids at college, we’ve been thinking about our next move. We just bought a cool penthouse in L.A. Sometimes. The universe shows you the right direction. Change is exciting!”
Six years ago, the couple moved into their Newport Beach mansion, and their extensive renovation process was documented on Real Housewives of Orange County.
In Orange County, California, the sale was record-breaking, the third-highest sale in Orange County’s history, and the year’s most significant sale in Orange County. According to E.T., the Dubrows were represented by Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles’ Josh Altman during the sale, surprising the couple since their home had not been listed for sale before the sale.
A New Home Has Already Been Sold For The Couple
It was shared via Instagram last week that Heather Rae El Moussa, agent for Selling Sunset, had already sold the couple a luxurious home, a penthouse in Century City. The couple was planning to move soon. “The most rewarding is when loyal friends turn into great clients,” according to Ms. Dubrow, who noted that the Dubrows searched for the dream home for seven months before negotiating the sale price for four and a half more months.
In addition to its 14 bathrooms, the former mansion of the Dubrows features a 20-seat cinema and a champagne room complete with a call bell for those who wish to have some bubbly on demand. Heather revealed a flaw in the fancy room: the bell. “So you hit it in my closet, and it rings in the kitchen, but I didn’t realize who was bringing the champagne,” she told PEOPLE.
It also includes an infinity pool with a stunning mountainous backdrop that overlooks the infinity pool. A large gong contributes to the over-the-top look of this outdoor area as another over-the-top detail. She also revealed in 2020 that she and Terry had purchased a plot of land in Idaho where they would build a home in the future.
Heather & Terry Dubrow Relationship
Heather Dubrow and Dr. Terry Dubrow have enjoyed a long-lasting romance for over 20 years. So after her pal’s boyfriend, who also happens to be a transplant surgeon, suggested any Jewish doctors he knew, the Real Housewives star reached out to him. A double date was then arranged for the Botched personality.
After a goodnight kiss and a phone call post-date, Heather was sold on his “flashy” Porsche and his taste in food. Having dated for two years, the couple married before expanding their family. Four of Heather and Terry’s children were born in 2003: twin boys Nicholas and Max. Kat was born in 2006, and Coco was born in 2010.
It was the third-highest sale in Orange County history and the largest sale of the year in Orange County, California. How do you feel about this? Let us know what you think.
