Congratulations are in order for Jodie Sweetin as she has got married to her fiancé Mescal Wasilewski. The two got married in an intimate ceremony in Malibu, California, on Saturday evening.

The Ceremony was Attended by Full House Cast Members
The wedding ceremony was attended by Jodie’s Full House castmates, including John Stamos and Candace Cameron Bure. The actress wore a gown from Lili Bridals and walked down the aisle with her father, Sam, as her daughters, Zoie, 14 and Beatrix, 11, stood beside her.
The couple exchanged personalized vows and rings from Kay Jewelers. They also gifted the 40 year old actor’s daughters with matching yellow gold and diamond Kay Jewelers Circle of Gratitude necklaces.
The ceremony was attended by 50 guests and was followed by a dinner of tacos and a guacamole bar, catered by Border Grill. The guests also had a small cake and dessert bites from Big Sugar Bakeshop.
Talking about the reception, which was planned by Sara Landon Events, Sweetin said, “I didn’t want it to be fussy. The look is very organic and natural. It’s just about good food and good friends — and twinkle lights!”
Jodie and Mescal Started Dating in 2017
The duo met through mutual friends and began dating in 2017. The couple was in a long-distance relationship for three years as Mescal lived in New York while Jodie was in Los Angeles. Mescal finally moved to L.A. in 2020.
Talking about her relationship, Sweetin had said, “All the pieces just fell into place. Mescal makes me feel absolutely comfortable and secure to shine as bright as I need to. He steps up and shows up for my girls. And we harmonize so well. He’s really the best teammate I could ask for.”
The couple got engaged in January this year. At the time of her engagement, Sweetin had said, “I know I have the right partner for the rest of whatever life brings me. And I couldn’t be more grateful.”
Jodie has been Married Thrice Before
The actress, who started her career as a child star, has been married thrice before. In 2002, she got married to Los Angeles Police officer Shaun Holguin, eventually divorcing him in 2006.
In 2007, she married Cody Herpin, a film transportation coordinator, after a few months of dating. They divorced in 2010 after having a daughter together in 2008. In 2011, Jodie gave birth to another daughter named Beatrix with her boyfriend, Morty Coyle. The two got married in 2012 but filed for divorce a year later. The divorce was finally settled in 2016.
In January 2016, the actress announced her engagement to Justin Hodak, who was a recovering drug addict. On March 24, 2017, Sweetin announced the couple’s separation after Hodak violated a restraining order against her.
Professionally, she is known for her role in AMC’s comedy show Full House, and its Netflix sequel, Fuller House.
