Chrissy Teigen has shared a photo of her newborn daughter Esti for the first time with her fans. Taking to her Instagram account on Tuesday afternoon, January 24, the 37-year-old entertainer shared an adorable photo of her sweet little girl, and many people quickly retweeted the pic.
She captioned the new image, “Look at you out there, you look like a baby,” with a smiley face on her face. John Legend confirmed the news on Friday, January 13 during a private concert that evening in honor of Chrissy and her husband, who welcomed the first child of their marriage.
The comments section of Teigen’s Instagram post was flooded with gushing comments from her close friends and family about the newborn.
“My little Esti ,” said Legend, the proud father of Esti. “Oh em gee what a beaut!!!!!!,” the actress wrote on her website, which is also the first child of her business partner Kaley Cuoco. “Soooo beautiful just like her mama ,” Jenner’s sister Kris exclaimed in awe. “Welcome earthside little one 🫶,” Olivia Munn, another mother of a newborn, replied.
Besides sharing a photo of Esti with her siblings, Luna, 6, and Miles, 4, Chrissy shared another photo of Esti held by her siblings.
“She’s here! Esti Maxine Stephens – the house is bustling, and our family could not be happier. Daddy sheds nightly tears of joy seeing Luna and Miles so full of love, and I am learning you still need diapers with a c section!? We are in bliss. Thank you for all the love and well wishes – we feel it all! X.” Her caption for the photo reads.
John And Chrissy Recently Lost Their Son, Jack, During Pregnancy
Chrissy and John suffered a miscarriage with their son, Jack, over two years ago. It is estimated that Esti was born more than two years after Jack’s birth.
It seems that Chrissy expressed to everyone in February 2022 that, despite her reluctance to have another child, she had been undergoing IVF treatments to become pregnant again in hopes of becoming a mother. Their older children were conceived through IVF with the help of Chrissy and John in the past.
It was announced in August that the Chrissy’s Court star would be a mother. “The last few years have been a blur of emotions, to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again.”
She said, “I don’t think I’ll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves, but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful, and I’m feeling hopeful and amazing.”
