‘Sin City’ just witnessed a sparkling evening! Las Vegas hosted the 57th Academy of Country Music Awards aka ACM Awards on March 7. We’ve got a full list of winners who took home their “signature hat” trophy this year.
Dolly Parton hosted the two-hour ceremony. She is a renowned face of country music. The event was also co-hosted by Gabby Barrett and Jimmie Allen and streamed live on Amazon Prime Video.
About ACM Awards
ACM Awards is the first country music awards program, first held in 1966. Since then, it has honoured the brightest stars with honours like “Artist of the Decade”, “Entertainer of the Year” along with other awards for vocalists, albums, songs and much more.
FYI, The award’s signature hat trophy was first created in 1968. Today, the Academy has a much sleeker and modern version of the hat trophy. The New York firm Society Awards makes this trophy.
The Las Vegas Allegiant Stadium became the venue for the 57th ACM Awards this year. The awards aired on Amazon Prime Video.
