A Little ‘Bonjour’ Goes A Long Way.

Are you bummed that Emily in Paris Season 2 concluded this month? We’ve got you covered if you’re missing the show. Emily and her incredible Paris vibe will be missed by all. Well, the wait is pretty long.

For those who are unaware, the show centres around Emily Cooper, a Chicago marketing executive who is hired to bring an American viewpoint at a marketing agency in Paris.

A lot of things happen, and now that you know Season 2 wrapped on a cliffhanger, the anticipation is palpable. Wait, we don’t want to give out any spoilers. But did you watch Season 2?

If you’re missing the show, here are some shows like Emily In Paris to keep you entertained while you wait. We hope to get updates on Season 3 soon.

7 Shows Like Emily In Paris To Binge-Watch

Oh, my goodness. I can’t wait to tell you about it. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the show. And since I can’t wait for Season 3, compiling this list was a breeze. You’re going to love it.

1. The Bold Type

Let’s begin with one of the best shows of all time, The Bold Type. It’s not The Bold Type in Paris, but it’s absolutely incredible. What is the show’s theme? Emily is gaining a lot of experience while working, isn’t she? The same thing happens in The Bold Type.

Putting together a magazine is a difficult undertaking that requires a lot of effort to complete and get the magazine onto market shelves.

As a result, the employees in charge of producing the global women’s magazine Scarlet rely on one another as they struggle to discover their unique voices.

They struggle to define their identities and manage their time while working together to print each issue of the monthly. Along with this, they also struggle to find love, deal with friendship and be the best version of themselves.

You know what’s best about The Bold Type? The friendship, the 3 main characters share. You will absolutely love it. We also wrote a piece on that, if you want to can check it out here

2. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

Emily in Paris is about a young woman starting out on her own, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel nails it. It’s the late 1950s, and Miriam ‘Midge’ Maisel has everything she’s ever wanted: the perfect husband, two children, and an immaculate Upper West Side apartment.

Her apparently idyllic existence takes an unexpected turn when she discovers a hidden ability she didn’t realize she possessed: stand-up comedy.

This realization changes her life forever. And she embarks on a voyage that takes her from her comfortable Upper West Side life to the cafes and nightclubs of Greenwich Village.

As she works her way through the city’s comedy industry on a journey that could eventually lead her to a spot on the ‘Tonight Show’ couch. What makes you think you’ll enjoy this show? Definitely a 10/10.

3. Dash & Lily

Want something quick? Dash and Lily have you wrapped. Dash & Lily will remind you of the romance you witnessed in Emily In Paris. Sorry to break it to you, but the two shows are clearly not the same.

The plot has nothing to do with Emily in Paris, yet you will get the same vibe. A whirlwind Christmas romance develops as jaded Dash and optimistic Lily exchange dares, ambitions, and wishes in a notebook they pass back and forth at various locations throughout New York City.

It all comes down to the notebook. Plus, you will get the perfect Christmas vibe. The show is actually a limited show, it only has 1 season. So, it’s better for a quick watch.

4. Younger

If you enjoyed Emily in Paris, you will like the show, Younger. Remember Emily and Mindy’s friendship, which we all adored? You’ll probably see something similar.

Liza, a 40-year-old single mother, pretends to be younger than she is in order to obtain work in her preferred area. And, of course, there is far too much adventure with ups and downs.

5. The Carrie Diaries

The Carrie Diaries was a prequel to Sex and the City, which was also developed by Emily in Paris’ Darren Star, as previously reported.

This series is based on the life of Carrie Bradshaw, a high school teenager who battles with issues of love, sex, friendship, and family. You will get to see a lot of experiences. Just like we did in Emily In Paris.

6. The Mindy Project

Here’s a show for all you romance enthusiasts. The Mindy Project is an absolute must-see. What do you recall about Mindy? Mindy from Emily in Paris, right?

With the assistance of her eccentric coworkers, Mindy Lahiri, an obstetrician and gynecologist in New York, strives to become a well-rounded personality while attempting to rekindle her romantic life with the assistance of her coworkers.

7. Sweetbitter

Sweetbitter, like Emily in Paris, struggles in her new career and in a new surroundings. It’s definitely challenging to live in a place where you don’t know anyone, and this show will actually show you all of the aspects. This incredible show will finally give you the vibe.

Tess, 22, faces a new life when she comes in New York City without any acquaintances and with no set goals other than seeking work. Her elegance and keen observation skills earn her an opportunity to train at one of the city’s finest restaurants.

She thinks it’s only a stopover while she waits for her big break, but Tess is immediately sucked in by the people she meets and the chaotic world behind the scenes – tasting expensive wine, exploring dive pubs, figuring out who to believe.

Her coworkers become her family, and she discovers a sense of connection she has never had before.

That’s it for now; I really don’t want to end this piece because there are so many incredible shows to highlight. Even though it’s just been a few days, we miss Emily in Paris already.

We will, of course, keep our readers updated on the renewal of another season. If you know any shows like Emily in Paris, you can drop them in the comment section below.
