It has been reported by TMZ, that recently, the band Swedish House Mafia stopped their Norwegian show after fans passed out during their concert. The band’s final show of their tour took place in Norwegian.
In a video obtained by the media outlet, the band Swedish House Mafia paused their show not once but twice due to some issues with crowd safety. In the clip, you can hear, the band telling the crowd if they see something happening then, they must tell security and the music will be turned down until things get sorted out.
The media outlet has reported that the fans of the band Swedish House Mafia are fine and they got medical attention on time.
In February, Billie Eilish stopped her show over fan safety
These days, many artists have been taking fan safety seriously. Earlier this year, in February, the Happier Than Ever singer Billie Eilish also paused her show in Atlanta to help out a fan who was facing difficulty in breathing.
In a clip from the concert, the I Love You hitmaker made sure she looked out for her struggling concertgoer. “You need an inhaler?” Billie can be heard asking the person who was having trouble breathing, in the viral clip from the concert.
Soon after, Eilish asked if there was an inhaler in the room. She went on to say, “Can we grab one?” In another video from the show, Billie can be seen telling the crowd, “It’s OK, it’s OK. We got [an inhaler]. Guys, give her some time. Don’t crowd. Relax, relax, it’s OK.”
Another clip from the concert, showed the Everything I Wanted singer asking the fan directly if she had to “come out” and if she was feeling “OK” before blowing a kiss and saying, “I love you.”
Fans’ safety has been on musicians’ minds since the Astroworld tragedy
For those of you who are unaware, let us tell you, during the first night of Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival in 2021, a bad crowd crush happened. Due to the incident, nearly 10 people died and many got injured.
After the incident, Scott issued an apology that read, “My prayers go out to the families and all those impacted by what happened at Astroworld Festival. Houston PD has my total support as they continue to look into the tragic loss of life.”
