The Field of Dreams star Ray Liotta’s daughter Karsen has finally gathered courage and spoken up nearly two weeks after the passing away of her father. Karsen shared her thoughts on the untimely death of her dad Ray on social media.
Karsen paid a tribute to her dad Ray Liotta on Instagram
On Thursday, Karsen Liotta took to her Instagram to share her first message after his death at the age of 67. She posted a childhood picture of herself and her dad on the social media platform Instagram. She also offered a token of thanks to all the fans for their love and support.
“Those who knew him, loved him. You are the best Dad anyone could ask for. I love you. Thank you for everything ❤️”, she captioned the post. Karsen also posted a carousel of pictures of herself and her father on Instagram Story.
In the picture shared by Karsen, a young Karsen can be seen smiling as her dad holds her and looks into the camera. As soon as, Karsen broke her silence after her father’s death on the social networking service Instagram. Many of her fans and friends stopped by in the comments section of the post.
The Daphne & Velma actress Sarah Jeffery wrote, “I love you both ❤️”, while the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Meredith Marks penned, “Sending love and positivity. ❤️” Adam Faze just dropped a red heart emoji in the comments. Singer Willow Raye added, “sending love and light ❤️”
When did Ray Liotta die?
For those of you who are unaware, let us tell you the American actor Ray Liotta was shooting a movie named Dangerous Waters in the Dominican Republic and he passed away in his sleep on May 26, 2022.
Ray Liotta was best known for his roles in Goodfellas and Field of Dreams. He shared his daughter Karsen with his ex-wife Michelle Grace. She is the only child of the Hollywood legend. The former couple welcomed their daughter into the world in December of 1998.
Ray’s fiancée Jacy Nittolo shared the news of his death
As per various reports, there was no foul play involved in Ray’s death and his fiancée Jacy Nittolo was with him at the time of his death. Soon after Ray’s death, Jacy issued a statement on Instagram, paying tribute to her late fiancé with a couple of shots of the pair from over the years.
Nittolo wrote, “My life these past couple of years have been nothing but truly magical. Ray and I share a deep love that I will cherish in my heart forever. We laughed daily and we were inseparable. The chemistry was wild in the best way.”
Jacy further added, “He was everything in the world to me and we couldn’t get enough of each other. The kind of real love that one dreams of. He was the most beautiful person inside and out that I’ve ever known…and even that is an understatement.”
