The campaign will allow people to get deals and merchandise drops through the official app of McDonald’s. Tariq Hassan, McDonald’s chief marketing and customer experience officer, said, “Our fans have been fascinated by the lore of the McGold Card and if it really exists.”
Tariq went on to say, “And now, we’ll make this McDonald’s legend a reality for our fans by giving them the ultimate holiday gift – a chance to win a card and then share access to it with three of their family or friends.”
As of this moment, the company has not disclosed the exact worth of the McGold Card. Back in the day, in 2018, the grand prize was valued at $52,350. The McGold Card allows the owner to have up to 2 meals a week for a total of 50 years.

It has been reported by the fast food outlet that every purchase made in the McDonald’s app from December 5 onwards will count as one entry toward winning the McGold Card.
The sweepstakes will come to an end on the occasion of Christmas, that is December 25. The lucky winners of the McGold Card will be notified soon after. McDonald’s did not reveal the odds of winning the prize.
If you fail to win the McDonald’s McGold Card, you will still have the chance to bag some prizes in your kitty. Every purchase from the official app of the fast food outlet of at least $1 will give the users access to releases on December 7 as well as December 14.
On December 7, 2022, Wednesday, the merchandise will consist of a Chicken McNuggets stocking and a hoodie in an Egg McMuffin wrapper. On the other hand, when we talk about December 14, 2022, Monday, the drop will comprise Hamburglar graphic tees in partnership with Diamond Supply Co.
