Andrew Tate has been the talk of the town lately! Controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate were recently arrested by the police authorities in Romania.
For those of you who are unversed, let us share with you, the Tate brothers were arrested by Romanian authorities on charges including rape, human trafficking, and setting up an organized criminal group.
According to NBC, in a press release issued, Romanian law enforcement stated that Andrew and his brother Tristan were arrested by the cops along with two other Romanian citizens who recruited women by “misrepresenting their intention” to have a romantic relationship, then moved and housed them in Romania.
The Romanian authorities have revealed that women were then forced to create pornographic content for the group to sell online. The cops have been in touch with the six alleged victims.

Not long ago, a clip surfaced on the internet which has been watched hundreds and thousands of times on Twitter that shows Andrew in April 2022 after he was taken in custody and released two days later. One of the false tweets claimed, “Andrew Tate got Released Matrix attack Failed.”
Soon after, another resurfaced clip with millions of views showed a segment of Tate’s interview with Tucker Carlson which falsely stated that Andrew has been released from jail. The tweet falsely claimed, “ANDREW TATE and his Brother have been Released. NO CHARGES.”
A lawyer who is representing Tate has told NBC News, that as of publication, the judge had remanded the Tate brothers for 30 days, which would mean that the two of them would either stay in custody for a total of 30 days or be offered bail.
The lawyer also told the media outlet that his clients have contested the decision and they maintain their innocence. In the early hours of Saturday, Andrew’s Twitter continued to post. A tweet shared on his account read, “The Matrix will only tell you what the Matrix needs you to believe.”
