“I’m starting the 75 Soft Challenge today. It’s like the 75 Hard but for people who don’t have time for two 45-minute workouts a day,” Stephen Gallagher explained in a video.

75 Soft Challenge Simple Rules

  1. For 75 days, train for 45 minutes every day. There are no days off, but one day per week should be dedicated to active recovery.
  2. Eat well and only drink on social occasions.
  3. Drink three liters of water every day.
  4. Read 10 pages of any book per day.

Why People Think ’75 Soft Challenge’ Is Realistic Than ’75 Hard Challenge’?
