Halsey and her beau Alev Aydin are no longer together. The pair who shares a son named Ender Ridley Aydin have decided to go their separate ways. A source close to the couple has spilled the beans on their split and mentioned, “It’s an amicable split.”
As per the court documents obtained by People magazine, Halsey filed a petition to determine the parental relationship on April 5. She is seeking full physical custody of the pair’s 21-month-old son Ender Ridley Aydin.
In addition to this, the singer is also asking the court to award reasonable visitation rights to her former partner. Not only this, but she is also requesting the court to award joint legal custody and for fees of costs and litigation to be split between both parties.

The Him & I hitmaker and her screenwriter boyfriend Alev Aydin were first linked to each other in the year 2019 when they were clicked together at a Los Angeles Lakers game. At that point in time, Aydin also shared a snap of the two of them watching the basketball game on his Instagram page.

Yeah, you read that right. In the year 2020, the pair got matching inks. Then, they got the word “seeds” on one of their feet in the other’s handwriting. California-based tattoo artist Amanda Owley posted pictures of their tattoos on the social networking platform Instagram.
While talking about her experience with People magazine, Amanda said, “She said that everything with how the planets were aligned and where the cosmos were at that moment indicated that it was the best time to plant seeds into the ground of life. They wanted to get the words on their feet because it was closest to the earth.”

The I’m not a Woman, I’m a God crooner gave birth to her and Alec’s first child together in the year 2021. The pair welcomed their baby boy, Ender Ridley Aydin on July 14, 2021. At that point, she shared the piece of happy news with her fans on Instagram.
“Gratitude. For the most ‘rare’ and euphoric birth. Powered by love,” the mom of one wrote alongside black-and-white photos of the newborn on Instagram.
During an interview with Apple Music 1’s Zane Lowe in August 2021, the Colors hitmaker raved over her beau and she said, “I love my partner, our relationship is so full of love and passion and communication. I remember having that moment when I was probably five or six weeks pregnant and being like, so what happens now? Do I have to be boring?”
Later on down the lane, the musician spoke about how the pair’s love story began when a fan asked her about the biopic that the singer was going to star in. Then, she replied, “bc alev was supposed to be writing it the past 3 years and we slowly fell in love instead. you know the rest!”
When did Halsey announce her pregnancy?
Halsey whose real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane revealed that she was expecting her first child in the year 2021. In January of the same year, she shared a series of maternity photographs showing off her bare baby bump.

On the occasion of their son Ender’s first birthday, the pair shared beautiful tributes on the social networking platform Instagram last year. “My little tiny baby is a big one year old today! time flies, and I want to land the plane. permanently,” Halsey wrote alongside a series of pictures of her baby boy Ender.
The musician further added, “Your baba and I love you so much. you are smart and fiercely determined and sweet and curious and funny. I am so lucky that you found me Ender Ridley! 🌈”
On the other hand, Alev also shared a sweet message for his son on his Instagram account. He posted a beautiful picture of the family of three on his Instagram feed. He simply captioned the snap, ‘PETIT PRINCE IS ONE TODAY!! Mama and I love you, Ender. To the moon, kid, to the moon.’”
