The 75th Directors Guild Awards were held on Saturday night at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. The awards, handed out annually by the Directors Guild of America, celebrated the best of films, shows, documentaries, and commercials of the last year.
Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan bagged the top prize for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Theatrical Feature Film for Everything Everywhere All at Once, beating the likes of Steven Spielberg, Joseph Kosinski, Martin McDonagh, and Todd Field.
The ceremony was hosted by Judd Apatow, who returned as the host for the fourth time. DGA’s president Lesli Linka Glatter opened the night with a special welcome speech. Read on to the list of award winners.
