The Celebration Gift will be available on Feb 19 starting from 2:59 AM EST / 11:59 AM PST / 7:59 AM GMT (on Feb 20) and till 11:59 PM PT on March 1. You can log into the game and claim the gift at any time between the two dates.

This new bundle will be celebrating the rapid success of Lost Ark since its launch in North America, Europe, and everywhere else. The Terpeion of Shadow Mount will be the highlight of the gift but there are also other cool rewards.
How to Claim the Lost Ark Launch Celebration Gift?
Redeeming the Lost Ark Launch Celebration Gift is very simple. Just log into the game during the mentioned period above and follow these steps:
- Firstly, go to the top left corner of the screen and click on the box with an arrow pointing to it.
- Next, you will see your Launch Celebration Gift.
- Click on the button saying “Claim.”
- Now go to the in-game Inventory.
- Next, interact with the pack by right-clicking on it.
- You will see a menu showing all the items inside.
- Next, click on Open.
- Your items will then be available in your Inventory.
- You can interact with them to use them.
Remember that you can only choose either of the two shown mounts. You cannot redeem both of them.
After redemption, your rewards will be available for use in the in-game Inventory.

What do the Founders and Players on Galatur Server get?
The players who have purchased the Founder’s Pack in Lost Ark before February 14, 2022, will be eligible for additional rewards alongside the Launch Celebration Gift. The Lost Ark founders will get a Founder’s Title and a Founder’s Exclusive Pet. Additionally, they will also get exclusive rewards based on which tier of the pack they bought.
Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum pack buyers will get separate rewards. You can find out which founder rewards you are eligible for by visiting this page.
Lost Ark players on the Galatur server will also be rewarded as they’ve been dealing with some critical issues in the game. The Galatur server player who got stuck in a state and couldn’t access the main story will receive an Explorer Starter Pack as compensation.
They can claim their rewards starting from February 17, 2022, at 2 PM GMT on any server or region they wish to play.
