Spectrum Current Prices, Promotions, and Discounts

In 2000 when the internet was still relatively new, one megabit per second speed cost $28. Fast forward to 2020, customers on average only pay 64 cents per Mbps—a 98% price decrease in just two decades.

The trend has continued even during the pandemic and the recent inflation surges. The average price of internet speeds above 500 Mbps has decreased by over 42% since 2016.

As a cable industry leader, Spectrum has been one of the biggest forces responsible for making internet service cheaper and faster. Spectrum Internet is competitively priced and delivers substantial value for money.

This article gives you the current prices of Spectrum’s latest internet, TV, home phone, and mobile plans. You’ll also find the latest promotions and discounts from Spectrum here. Keep reading to learn everything about Spectrum prices in 2023.

Spectrum Mobile Prices

A Spectrum Mobile Unlimited line now only costs 29.99 a month. The By the Gig plan costs $14 a month per GB. Spectrum Mobile is also only available with Spectrum Internet service.

Here are some of the specs and features of Spectrum Mobile:

Shared Data Across Multiple Lines

The By the Gig plan allows you to share data across up to 10 lines. This can save money if people in your family only use mobile data for texting and in emergencies. It’s also a more convenient alternative to getting multiple By the Gig lines.

Unlimited Data, Talk, and Text

The Unlimited plan has unlimited data and allows you to send unlimited texts and make unlimited calls. There is a soft data cap at 20 GB after which you may experience slower speeds. But if you’re like most people, you’ll only be using around 12 GB per month. If you do use a lot of data, you can upgrade to the Unlimited Plus plan which costs $10 more for increased speeds and a higher soft data cap of 30 GB.

Switch Plans Anytime

If you’re on the By the Gig plan and you’ve used more than 2 GB of data, you can switch to the Unlimited plan immediately. This way, you’ll only have to pay $29.99 instead of $43 or more. You can also switch to Unlimited Plus anytime if you end up using 20 GB of data.

Spectrum Promotions

Free Peacock Premium

Once you get Spectrum Internet and/or TV, you become eligible for Peacock Premium at no additional cost. This adds a $4.99 value to your plan. Peacock Premium comes free with Spectrum Internet for 3 months and with Spectrum TV for 12 months.

You can cancel these services after the promotional period or keep them at standard rates.
