Recently, The Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian and her Blink-182 drummer husband Travis Barker purchased a new house together. As per a report by TMZ, the two of them bought Conan O’Brien’s beach house together earlier this month.
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are the new owners of Conan’s former Carpinteria home. It has been reported by the media outlet that the comedian received an offer for the house a couple of weeks ago. And now, we know that the power couple was behind the offer.

According to a report by TMZ, Conan O’Brien’s beach house was listed for a whopping $16.5 million. Travis Barker and his wife Kourtney Kardashian shelled out $14.5 million for the beautiful house. That’s a good deal. Their new neighbors will be the That ’70s Show co-stars and power couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.
For those of you who are unversed, let us tell you, Conan was on the lookout for a buyer for his beach house since July. Back in the day, The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien host purchased the house for $7.9 million.
The 2,142-square-foot property consists of 2 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms, along with a separate 2-bedroom guest house. The beach pad has panoramic ocean, Channel Island, and coastline views. In addition to this, it also has a spacious deck.
Kourtney and Travis’ new house also contains an outdoor shower and storage area for surf and paddle boards. The house is situated in Carpinteria which is just south of Santa Barbara. We must say now life’s a beach for Travis Barker and his wife Kourtney Kardashian.

Yeah, you read that right. The reality TV star and her musician husband don’t live together under one roof. While making an appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Kourtney talked about blending two families as both she and Travis have kids from previous relationships.
The Poosh founder told Amanda Hirsch, “I think we’re in a place where we’re figuring out how to blend our households and our kids. For the most part, we’re getting those things in place.”
Then, the oldest Kardashian went on to say, “There will be a joint house. We want our kids to be really comfortable and they have both lived in their homes their whole lives, for the most part and they each have their rooms. And we are a block away.”
