I believe Minecraft is superior to Fortnite because it is a bought game, not some random game that only adds skins to keep players playing it. People have spent countless dollars on Fortnite’s overrated skin because of the addictiveness, but Minecraft doesn’t need that. Minecraft has infinite possibilities compared to some free mobile game that only releases skins from popular media to get famous. Minecraft will never grow old and all its possibilities will never die out, but some overrated free shooter battle royale game will die sooner or later. It is inevitable. I know that in 2020 Fortnite was currently the most popular game because of its downloads, but that is because it is free, and that makes it cheap. No battle royale game could ever compare to such a game as Minecraft, it just can’t. Think of it, infinite possibilities to some free game that has NO storyline? That doesn’t make any sense. Also, Minecraft’s community is very creative and they make mods to alter gameplay, but what is Fortnite? Why should Fortnite ever compare to Minecraft? The game is only popular because of downloads, but Minecraft is popular because of copies of the game bought, that is a significant difference. Minecraft has even added Steve to Super Smash Bros. Fortnite doesn’t want to give up fame because that is what Epic Games cares about. Some battle royale game barely doesn’t have any cameos in any other games, it is because they don’t want to give that up, they feel popularity is all they have left. Their roster of skins is getting too much, they sign contracts with multi-million companies just to steal their characters and concept JUST for popularity. Look at this, Fortnite saw how popular the game Among Us was, so, they created their own version. Fortnite got in a bunch of trouble and had to admit that it was inspired by Among Us. Do you see now what Fortnite lacks? It lacks true fun, it lacks creativity, it lacks EVERYTHING. Little 8 year olds are getting addicted to this game, they don’t stop playing it, their parents don’t know what they are doing. Everyone should ultimately be avoided, also because its lack of a creative concept, this game runs on popularity, this is not something you should be playing.
