Yes. DHL will be delivering scheduled mail and packages on Halloween 2022 and all of their offices will remain open. The services including pickups and deliveries will be functional during standard business hours.
DHL will not face any changes to its business processes for observing Halloween. Instead, they’ll be delivering the packages faster to ensure they reach their destination at the right time.
