The song Pony by Ginuwine is one of the most famous songs in the soundtrack, as it is also featured in the first two films in the trilogy. Apart from the soundtrack, the film also features an impressive background score.

The score has been composed by Season Kent, who has also served as the music supervisor over the soundtrack. The composer has also worked on several acclaimed projects in the past, including Shazam!, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Suicide Squad, The Fault in Our Stars, Need for Speed, The Flash, and Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.

Magic Mike XXL Soundtrack Topped the US Billboard Chart in 2015

The album also reached number eight on Billboard 200. It got international acclaim as well and ranked 10 in Australian Albums, 32 in New Zealand Albums, and 75 in Belgian Albums. The film featured some foot-tapping numbers, including R&B and hip-hop songs.

Apart from Pony by Ginuwine, the soundtrack included Matt Bomer’s rendition of Heaven by Bryan Adams and Untitled (How Does It Feel) by D’Angelo, Donald Glover’s cover of Marry You by Bruno Mars, and I Want It That Way by the Backstreet Boys.

Magic Mike’s Last Dance arrived in cinemas on February 10, 2023. The official synopsis of the film reads, “Mike Lane takes to the stage once again when a business deal that went bust leaves him broke and bartending in Florida.”

“Hoping for one last hurrah, Mike heads to London with a wealthy socialite who lures him with an offer he can’t refuse — and an agenda all her own. With everything on the line, he soon finds himself trying to whip a hot new roster of talented dancers into shape.”
