With the hope to come closer to his ex-wife, Kanye generously offered to help the “SKIMS” founder renovate her newly purchased $70 million beach house in Malibu. This is the first property that Kim has bought since her breakup with Pete Davidson.
However, it appears like Kim wants to go her own way, like always. One insider revealed, “Kanye has offered to help Kim with the renovation, but feels she’s doing her own thing. But it appears like Kim wants to do things her own way. The insider reported that even though she appreciates his gesture, she wants to handle the renovation all by herself.
It has come out that Kim wants to completely immerse herself in decorating her gorgeous $70 million Malibu house. FYI, meanwhile, the “Gold Digger” rapper is presently remodelling his Malibu property, which is just 14 miles away from Kim’s new beach house.
Kim Consulted Ye For The New House…
Kim Kardashian’s luxurious property in Malibu features four bedrooms, 5.5. bathrooms and the mesmerising view from each room. The backyard also has a gorgeous pool. Shockingly, Kim consulted Ye before buying this property as she wanted to fill him in on the new deal. Lately, Ye and Kim have come closer, at least when it comes to taking decisions for their children.
Several outlets have reported that this deal is the priciest in terms of “residential transfer” since Feb. 2021. Previously, it was “Real Housewife” Diana Jenkins who sold her compound for $87 million. As for the surroundings, Kim is now a neighbour to Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael Eisner, and Marcy Carsey amongst other high-profile celebrities.
The gorgeous $70 million Malibu property was initially built in 1944 but was remodelled twice in 1990 and 2016. The Mediterranean villa-style house was sold by entrepreneur Walter De Logi’s wife to Cindy Crawford.
Interestingly, Crawford kept the smaller portion but sold the remaining 3.2 acres to Adam Weiss in 2018. Now, the retired hedge-fund manager has sold it to Kim for a whopping $70 million. Well, she may have certainly paid a hefty price, but for her, every bit of it is worth it. The gorgeous house cannot be seen from the street and one needs to take a drive to reach the place, which is located at the end of the long driveway.
Kim is in the seventh sky after finding the house of her dream and wants to decorate every corner of it all by herself. On the other hand, a friend of Kanye mentioned that the rapper is happy that Kim has found a place in Malibu, especially when he also owns a $57.3 million property in the vicinity since 2021. Both of them feel that living on the ocean would be peaceful and healthy for the kids.
Apart from making his way into Kim’s life, Kanye is busy promoting his “Donda Academy” which boasts of a world-class education. He recently compared himself to Moses from the Bible on his Instagram story following the launch of this academy.
