Billie Eilish’s newest fragrance, “Eilish 2” will be available at BillieEilishFragrances.com from today (November 18). Eilish No. 2 is “vegan, cruelty-free, and made with clean ingredients”. Further, it is certified by PETA’s Global Beauty Without Bunnies list of cruelty-free products.
In the ads for her new fragrance, called “Eilish No. 2”, the 20-year-old Grammy winner has gone all wet and wild. The “Ocean Eyes” singer has posed in a pitch-black downpour, clad in a sheer, loosely knit dress and a plunging wrap top, resembling the idea behind her “dark and sultry” fragrance.
“I really liked the idea of a darker, rainy world for Eilish No. 2,” Eilish said in a statement. “We started with the original ‘Eilish’ elements of warmth and sweetness, but then added spicy and woodsy elements for a more sultry, and wet feeling.” In a press release, the 20-year-old star wanted to convey a feeling of her sensual side and “being drenched in these notes, worn to envelop the skin.”
Previously, Billie Eilish narrated that “Eilish No. 2”, is everything you need to wear around someone special. Having the right aromatic mix, Billie stated that the fragrance is perfect for “the little flirts”. It carries a more mature and earthy smell for perfect all-day wear.
The perfume is something “spicier and woodsier” than the original, containing subtle notes of “Italian bergamot and apple blossom, the scent soon gives way to whiffs of black pepper, papyrus, and poppy, over a base of palo santo, ebony, and a hint of musk”. Billie’s first fragrance “Elish” was an instant success. But then, she wanted to create a “wet, rainy, sultry, woody floral scent called Eilish No.2,” after the success of her “vanilla-scented gourmand” in 2021.
While creating Eilish 2, Billie was gi=uided by her synesthesia, which involves all her senses,” to visualize and see the color, texture shape and what number her second act fragrance represents”. This fragrance conveys a smooth, alluring aroma which “opens the freshness of Italian bergamot and apple blossom”.
