QCP Arrested for Felony Possession of Stolen Vehicle

Police officers took QCP in custody in September after they found him driving a stolen rental vehicle. The cops pulled him over and ran the plates of the U-Haul he was driving, finding that the vehicle had been reported stolen.

Conte, however, claimed that he was only trying to help a friend move, and he had no idea that the U-Haul was stolen. LAPD sources revealed the TikToker told the police that he had borrowed the van from a friend. However, police stated that the vehicle was rented from U-Haul, but the borrower never returned it and ended up ghosting the company.

The TikTok Star has not been Charged Yet

QCP was released from custody on a $25,000 bond. He has not been charged as of now, as he was not the one who borrowed the vehicle. In his favor, the social media star also does not have any history of theft or driving stolen cars.

Conte’s representatives are also confident the case will not move forward. They have revealed that one of his roommates had borrowed the van from U-Haul, and he was responsible for paying for it. However, he did not pay on time, leading to the fiasco.

The man is now said to have settled the amount to the company. The rep also stated that QCP was actually helping a friend in moving and did not have any idea that the van wasn’t paid for or was reported stolen.
