NYPD Releases Roddy Ricch
The “Ballin” rapper was released from NYPD’s custody on Sunday (June 12) and it seems like he was returned a lot of what he was wearing during the gun bust, including his chains. Not just this, one more person from his crew was released and charges were dropped against him too.
For now, it is unclear what sort of bond he might’ve had to pay, but yes, he is finally out. However, it’s possible that Roddy Ricch will appear before a judge today to be arraigned on the multiple weapons charges.
Well, Moore’s arrest comes as no surprise as in 2019, the “Please Excuse Me For Being Anti-Social” star was arrested for felony domestic violence after inflicting physical assault on his girlfriend, Allie Minati, who is an American model and businesswoman. Moore was released on a $50,000 bond. Well, charges were later dropped due to insufficient evidence.
Not only this, in 2021, Moore became a victim of a shooting incident along with fellow rapper 42 Dugg during the music video shoot of their single “4 Da Gang”. OMB Peezy was charged in connection with the shooting.
Roddy last appeared on Post Malone’s single, “Cooped Up”, which appeared on his fourth studio album, Twelve Carat Toothache. The rapper, known for his remarkable music style, once revealed in an interview how he draws inspiration from his life regarding transcending themes of his music. He stated:
“As I experience life, my music is gonna evolve. At the same time, I still do tell the stories from my world because there are unlimited stories and unlimited people from that place. I’ll always represent them. As my life begins to change and I do different things, I still want to be able to tap in and relate to them”
Unfortunately Roddy Ricch is no longer performing today.
