King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s Coronation: Guest List Revealed

The coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla is just around the corner. The King and Queen will be crowned at Westminster Abbey in London on May 6th. The invites have been sent out to some 2000 guests, and a number of attendees have confirmed their presence at the event.

Apart from the British Royal family, foreign royals will also be seen at the coronation, along with political leaders and heads of state of various nations. Here is the complete list of guests who are confirmed to be attending the coronation on May 6th.

British Royal Family

The following members of the British Royal family will be seen at the coronation of King Charles III Queen Camilla:

  • Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, and their three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis
  • Prince Harry
  • Princess Anne and her husband, Sir Timothy Laurence

British Aristocrats

Several aristocrats have confirmed their presence at the coronation. However, the number is significantly less than those who attended Queen Elizabeth’s coronation in 1953. The aristocrats who will be present at King Charles III’s crowning include:

  • Edward Fitzalan-Howard, the 18th Duke of Norfolk
  • David Cholmondeley, the 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley, and his wife, Rose Hanbury, the Marchioness of Cholmondeley;
  • Merlin Hay, the 24th Earl of Errol
  • Anthony Lindsay, 30th Earl of Crawford and 13th Earl of Balcarres
  • Ian Campell, the 11th Duke of Argyll
  • Joseph Morrow, the current Lord Lyon King of Arms
  • Delaval Thomas Harold Astley, the 23rd Baron Hastings

Apart from the above list, some 850 community and charity representatives from the public have also been invited to the coronation, including 450 recipients of the British Empire Medal. Celebrities including Rowan Atkinson, Bear Grylls, Lionel Richie, Nick Cave, Stella McCartney, Joanna Lumley, Sam Kerr, Edward Enninful, Ant McPartlin, and Declan Donnelly are also expected to attend.
