Congratulations are in order for Kaley Cuoco as the actress has become a mother. The Big Bang Theory star has welcomed a daughter with her partner, Tom Pelphrey. The couple shared the exciting news on social media on Saturday and also revealed the name of the baby girl.

Kaley Cuoco Welcomes Baby Girl with Tom Pelphrey
Cuoco took to Instagram to announce the birth of her baby girl. She shared a series of adorable photos of her little munchkin and revealed her name as Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey. “💓 3-30-23 💓 Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives! We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle 💓,” wrote the 37 year old actress.
“Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days. We are blessed beyond belief 💗 @tommypelphrey didn’t think I could fall even more in love with you, but I did 💗,” she added.
Pelphrey, 40, also shared the news on his account and posted, “‘You are the Soul of the Universe. And your name is Love.’ -Rumi. My heart is full of love and gratitude for this miracle…🤍Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey🤍3/30 Eternally grateful for the strength and bravery of my soulmate and best friend @kaleycuoco. You are incredible. 💪♥️.”
Cuoco and Pelphrey Announced Pregnancy in October 2022
Ever since the actress announced her pregnancy, she has talked about her preparation to embrace motherhood on several occasions. “I have no plan, and I’ve read zero books. So, that’s the type of mom I will be. All the ways I’m not like a prepper. I’m just not that way,” she said in an interview in February.
“It’s gonna be great, I trust the process. Tom has googled enough for the both of us. He could probably deliver this baby at this point. I’m just like, It’s gonna be great. But that’s how I’ve gone through life. I think nowadays we get so caught up, right? We didn’t even have all this stuff at our fingertips, and now it’s almost too much,” Cuoco added.
The Couple Made their Relationship Official in May Last Year
Cuoco and Pelphrey met through their common manager in April 2022 and fell in love instantly. “I heard his voice, and I turned around, and it was like my life was over or just starting. It hit me. It was love at first sight. We were immediately connected,” the actress revealed of her first meeting with the Ozark actor.
“I do feel like I’ve known him my whole life, but I wasn’t ready for him. We’re ready to build a life together,” she continued. Before finding love with Pelphrey, Cuoco was married twice. In 2013, she tied the knot with tennis player Ryan Sweeting but divorced him in 2016. Two years later, she married Karl Cook, but the couple went separate ways in 2021.
