‘Jackass’ Star Bam Margera Faces Criminal Charges For Punching Brother In The Face

“Jackass” star Bam Margera isn’t getting out of trouble yet. The television personality, who was arrested over domestic violence allegation and then, for public intoxication in March, is now facing criminal charges for allegedly punching his brother in the face. The altercation took place at their Philadelphia home, and an arrest warrant was issued against Bam.

Bam Margera Faces Multiple Criminal Charges…

Bam Margera had another run-in with law enforcement after an arrest warrant was issued against the 43-year-old television personality. The “Jackass” alum allegedly punched his brother, Jesse Margera in the face during an altercation at their home in the Philadelphia suburbs.

While announcing criminal charges against the disgraced celebrity, the Pennsylvania State Police revealed that they were looking for Bam. The court documents state that police were called to the Chester County home after a domestic disturbance was reported shortly before 11 a.m.

Margera’s brother, Jesse, narrated that Bam Margera “pounded and kicked his locker bedroom door, and punched him in the eye, nose and ear”. Bam, on the other hand, fled the property on foot through dense woods before the police could arrest him. The “Viva La Bam” star is charged with simple assault, harassment, and four counts of terroristic threats.

Bam Margera’s Recent Run-In With Law Authorities…

Bam Margera’s visits to the police station are more frequent than his visits to the set. After facing legal action from his wife, Nicole Boyd, the television personality was arrested in March after allegedly making a scene at a restaurant where his estranged wife and son were eating.

Police stated that Bam was drunk in public and had a massive argument with a woman. As the police arrived, they found Bam arguing with a woman, and the dispute continued to grow. Thereafter, Bam Margera was arrested and booked for misdemeanor public intoxication.

Apart from this, his wife, Nicole Boyd filed for legal separation in February. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the couple’s separation, listing the breakup date as Sept. 14, 2021.

Bam Margera was also arrested earlier in March after his girlfriend filed a complaint for domestic violence. Bam was arrested on March 2 for allegedly kicking the unnamed victim during a domestic violence dispute.

Bam has been married to his wife for almost a decade. But then, his drug and alcohol abuse became a major reason for their fallout. From a series of legal issues and arrests to constant rehab visits, Margera has remained a troubled man.

Most recently, his “Jackass” co-star Steve-O called him out and said that he’s afraid Bam is going to die due to his substance abuse. He wrote in a since-deleted Instagram comment that Bam got “loaded” in one of his comedy shows. He also mentioned how he has been braced for the news” of Bam’s untimely death.
