Former Disney star Mitchel Musso has landed in some legal trouble! According to a report by TMZ, Musso well-known by the fans for essaying the character of Oliver Oken in Disney’s hit show Hannah Montana recently got arrested in Texas.
It has been reported by the media outlet, that the Hollywood actor who was charged with “public intoxication, theft (under $100), expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license and violating a promise to appear notice” had to spend a night in jail at Rockwall, Texas. Why did Mitchel Musso get arrested?
On Saturday, Mitchel Musso was arrested by the police authorities in Texas on charges of public intoxication and theft. The cops have revealed that he stole a bag of chips. They have also mentioned that he stepped into a local hotel and started eating a bag of chips which he picked up from a food market without paying a single penny around 7:15 p.m.
When the staff members of the food market asked Musso to pay for the bag of potato chips, he became verbally abusive. Soon after, he allegedly walked off. Then, the cops found him outside the hotel where he was reportedly under the influence.
In addition to this, the police authorities stated that they were able to find a couple of traffic warrants in Mitchel’s name. Shortly afterward, the cops handcuffed him and took him under custody.
At the moment, Musso is facing a couple of charges including public intoxication, theft (under $100), expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license, and violating a promise to appear notice.

The answer to the above question is reportedly yes. The media outlet TMZ has disclosed that Mitchel was released from prison on a $1,000 bond after getting cuffed by the cops following the food market incident. While Musso was in the jail, he even posed for a mugshot.
