Not all heroes wear capes! Recently, Thomas ‘Tom’ Walsh, the son of the Hollywood actor Dylan Walsh saved the life of a driver who was drowning in the ocean at Inner Harbor.

Dylan Walsh’s son Tom saves a driver from drowning after his car plunges into the water
In an interview with DailyMail, the Congo star Dylan Walsh stated that he is very proud of his chef son, Thomas for saving the life of a drowning driver after a car had plunged into a harbor in Baltimore.
As per a report by The Baltimore Banner, on Wednesday, Tom Walsh, the 26-year-son of the American actor jumped into the water with all of his clothes on to rescue a drowning driver.
Tom reportedly swam over to the white car and broke the window by punching it with his bare fist. At the end of the day, he was able to save the driver from drowning in the ocean. A rep of Thomas has told the media outlet that the heroic act of the military veteran who served in Iraq at one point in time, shows ‘that’s the person he is!’
Thomas Walsh sustained a few injuries from the incident
One of Thomas’ co-worker named Jordan Payne who was also an eyewitness of the incident told the Baltimore Banner that he had suffered injuries from the heroic act. She told the publication, ‘His hand is like all the way cut up. His whole knuckles are busted.’
After punching the passenger seat window of the car and kicking in the windshield, Tom grabbed the driver and did his best to get him out of the ocean safely. Another eyewitness Mike Malone went on to spill the beans on the whole incident and added, ‘I saw him when he had the guy, he was trying to hold him up, he was trying to pull him to safety.’
A video of the safety rescue has also been uploaded on the Instagram account of the Baltimore Banner. Soon after, Tom and the driver were taken to a hospital as both of them sustained a few injuries.
The law enforcement officials also mentioned that at the time of the accident, the driver had been experiencing a mental health crisis. An eyewitness told Baltimore Banner, ‘He’s not trying to get out, not making an effort or anything.’
Tom is the eldest son of Dylan Walsh. He shares his 26-year-old son Thomas and 25-year-old daughter Joanna with actress Melora Walters who he was married to from the year 1996 to 2003.
