Bodybuilder Jo Lindner ‘Joesthetics’ Dies at 30

Lindner’s girlfriend, Nicha, took to Instagram to share the news with the world. She revealed that the influencer complained of neck pain for three days before he eventually passed away on Saturday, in her presence.

“Jo is the best place everyone. Yesterday his past away by aneurysm .. I was there with him in the room.. he put on the necklace in my neck that he made for me ..than ..we was just lay down cuddle..waiting the time to go meet Noel at the gym at 16.00 ..he was in my arms.. than this is just happening too fast,” wrote Nicha.

“3 days ago he kept said that he pain his neck .. we not really realize it… until it too late. If your guys were know him like I do… his is the amazing and incredible person in this world. He done so much and he build so far just by him self. So please remember him as Joesthetics,” she concluded writing.

Joesthetics Used to Share Fitness Tips with His 8 Million Instagram Followers

Lindner was a native of Germany and was known for his rugged physique. He used to share bodybuilding routines along with fitness tips and hacks on social media, which eventually got him over 8 million followers on Instagram and 400 thousand subscribers on YouTube.

He ran a training program named Joesthetics Training System to personally help his followers achieve their desired physique. After Germany, Lindner shifted to Dubai before moving to Thailand, where he created most of his content. The influencer had a rare disease, which caused his muscles to be highly sensitive to movement or pressure. 

Just a few weeks before his death, Lindner had expressed his fear of getting a heart attack due to his condition. “The heart is also a muscle, that’s my biggest concern that what if I get such a bad cramp that my heart gets a cramp,” he had stated in an interview.

Tributes Pour in for the Bodybuilder

A number of social media personalities and fellow bodybuilders have paid tributes to Lindner. TikTok star Noel Deyzel shared a picture with him and wrote, “Rest in peace Jo. I still keep checking my phone waiting for your reply so we can meet at the gym. I’m broken bro. You opened your arms up to us, you showed us so much about life and social media.”

Lindner’s friend and fitness enthusiast Joseph Shulkin also expressed his grief and said,  “You inspired me and millions of others man. You have done so much for the community, had the best energy, and the kindest soul. We will always remember you brazza, fly high.”

“I always looked up to this man it’s tragic to see he’s gone at such a young age. I’m gonna miss hearing you say “BRAZZA” Your energy/content will live on forever Joe! RIP LEGEND,” tweeted a fan.
