Actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has been involved in a bad car accident in the city of Los Angeles on the 21st of January afternoon.
His spokesman has confirmed that the actor was driving a black GMC Yukon when the accident occurred at 4.35 PM, however, he was uninjured.
The four-vehicle crash wherein a large SUV driven by Arnold rammed into on top of at least two vehicles at an intersection in Brentwood.
According to Los Angeles Police, one woman was injured in this accident who was taken to hospital in an ambulance and is presently undergoing treatment. She had “an abrasion to her head” and no other major injuries were reported.

Los Angeles Police Department Officer Drake Madison said, “There was a four-vehicle traffic accident on Sunset and Allenford at 4:35 p.m. One vehicle on top of another.”
As per the below image the actor can be seen standing at the scene post the accident along with his friend, fitness personality Jake Steinfeld.
Arnold’s friend Jake was the Chairman of the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness when he was Governor of California. In another image, the SUV rolled on top of the red Toyota Prius car eventually hitting two other vehicles.
As of now, no arrest has been made by Police and they have categorically denied any involvement in drugs and alcohol.
Los Angeles Police submitted a report saying, “The SUV driver was near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Allenford Avenue when a collision occurred with a red Prius making a u-turn as he continued through a ‘red arrow’ signal to turn left.”
The 74-year-old actor did speak with the emergency services team and also the injured person. One witness has narrated the incident and said that he initially thought it was a movie stunt as the crash was so dramatic. The collision was intense.
Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement, “Neither alcohol or drugs are suspected as a factor in this collision. All parties remained at the scene.”
As per one source from Law enforcement, it is believed that Arnold is at fault. He was turning left but there was a left turn arrow that was still red.
Police officials are currently investigating to find out the root cause of the crash.
In the meanwhile, Arnold will be back on the screen with his ‘Twins’ co-star Danny DeVito for the ‘Triplets’ movie and Tracy Morgan, Saturday Night Live alum and star of 30 Rock. This upcoming movie will be directed by Ivan Reitman.
