Finally, we are here with the winners of the much-anticipated Gotham Awards 2021!
The 31st Annual Gotham Independent Film Awards were held on Monday, November 29 in Lower Manhattan. The nominees for the awards were announced on 21st October 2021.
Netflix’s “The Lost Daughter” has been the showstopper that bagged the most awards in the different categories – Best Feature, Breakthrough Director (Maggie Gyllenhaal), Outstanding Lead Performance (Olivia Colman), and Best Screenplay.
Colman shared the Outstanding Lead Performance Award with “The Killing of Kenneth Chamberlain” actor Frankie Faison.

The stunning night of the Gotham Awards 2021 also took the opportunity to honor actors Peter Dinklage and Kristen Stewart, director Jane Campion, film executive Eamonn Bowles, playwright Kathleen Collins as well as the cast of The Harder They Fall with tribute awards.
