Recently, the former football star Terry Bradshaw shared a shocking health update with his fans all over the world. The NFL legend talked about his health on this week’s Fox NFL Sunday broadcast.
Terry disclosed that he had undergone a total of two surgeries within the last year. He went on to say that he had to get the surgeries done after he learned that he was diagnosed with bladder cancer and a form of skin cancer.
Terry Bradshaw has disclosed he fought a private health battle last year
During this week’s Fox NFL Sunday broadcast, Terry Bradshaw spilled the beans on the health struggles that he faced last year. During a panel discussion on the broadcast, he said, “Last week on the show, I ran out of breath… A lot of people were asking, ‘What’s wrong with me? What’s happened to me physically?’ I just want to address it and let you know what has happened in my life.”
The 74-year-old Pittsburgh Steelers legend went on to explain that last November he was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Then, he got surgery and treatment at Yale University’s medical center, and the condition was safely resolved.
Then, in March, the doctors found a Merkel cell tumor in his neck, which is a rare form of skin cancer. The medical professionals took care of this condition as well and they performed another surgery at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

Yes, you read that right. Terry Bradshaw is cancer free now. During the broadcast, he further added, “Folks, I may not look like my old self, but I feel like my old self. I’m cancer free. I’m feeling great and overtime I’m going to back to where I normally am. I appreciate your prayers.”
The viewers also expressed their concerns about Terry Bradshaw’s health last week following Fox NFL Sunday broadcast. At that point in time, the former quarterback seemed to struggle a tad bit while giving commentary for the highlights of the game.
