Post Malone’s “Twelve Carat Tour” saw a shaky start when the rapper broke his ribs after a nasty fall on stage during his performance at the Enterprise Center, St. Louis on Sept. 17. Despite this, he resumed his concert for the fans after a 15-minute-delay. However, the Grammy-winner has now cancelled his Boston concert after being hospitalised with severe body pain. Hours before his concert, Post Malone took to social media, expressing his inability to perform at Boston’s TD Garden. The Grammy-winning artist stated how he woke up with cracking sounds on the right side of his body. In his Instagram post, the “Circles” artist wrote:
“On tour, I usually wake up around 4 o’clock PM, and today I woke up to cracking sounds on the right side of my body. I felt so well last night, but today it felt so different than it has before. I’m having a very difficult time breathing, and there’s a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move. We’re in the hospital now, but with this pain, I can’t do the show tonight. I’m so fucking sorry.”
Previously, Post Malone denied reports of broken ribs following the nasty fall during a concert in St. Lous. However, it appears like the injury did more harm than expected. Nevertheless, Malone reassured his fans that he would make it up to them by rescheduling the “Bean Town” concert. Malone is presently hospitalised and undergoing treatment.

However, another message from TG Garden has been posted recently stating that the show was “being postponed due to unforeseen circumstances”. It has been advised that fan must retain their tickets for a new date once it is announced. Fans are disheartened yet praying for his speedy recovery.

Post Malone has been dazzling fans with his “Twelve Carat Tour” that started on Sept. 18, following the release of his album, “Twelve Carat Toothache”. This marks Malone’s fourth studio album and was released on June 3, 2022. Malone was set to visit 33 cities between Sept. 18, 2022- Sept. 27, 2022.
However, a day before this tour (Sept. 17) began, Malone suffered a nasty fall on stage after tripping into a hole. He was immediately attended to by medics and it was reported that he injured his ribs as a result of this fall. Despite the injury, he resumed the concert after a 15-minute delay.
Post Malone, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, was performing “Circles” when he tripped into a hole as he failed to notice that ‘the hole his guitar was lowered into hadn’t been covered. Despite this, Malone was in high spirits and resumed performing for his fans.
As for his present announcement, fans have poured in wishes for his speedy recovery. One fan wrote, “Flew from Charlotte NC to see you, won’t be able to make the reschedule unfortunately with already paying for a hotel tonight… but I hope you feel better, Posty!” Ethan Klein wrote, “Get well soon brother.” We wish Post Malone a speedy recovery!
