“Peaches” from Justin Bieber Sets Grammy Records; More Details Unwrapped

Justin Bieber’s Song, ”Peaches” sets Grammy Records. 

Milestones are created every other day and this time, it is none other than Justin Bieber who added a new milestone to the Grammy with his song ”Peaches”.

The song written by 11 other songwriters broke all records as it made it to the ”Song of the Year”.

Nominations were extended to all 11 composers. The pop/soul jam song with features Giveon and Daniel Ceaser broke last year’s ”Black Parade’s” by Beyonces’ record. Black Parade was nominated as ”song of the year” last year and made the history of records.

Moreover, all eleven songwriters slash composers are on the list of nominees for ”Peaches”. The number of nomination are two more than last years’ “Black Parade.”

”Peaches” Sets Grammy Record!

The 11 songwriters, Bernard Harvey, Luis Manuel Martinez Jr., Felisha “Fury” King, Andrew Wotman, Louis Bell, Keavan Yazdani, Matthew Sean Leon, and Aaron Simmonds in addition to Bieber, Giveon, and Daniel Ceaser who deserve all the credit for the song are now ”Song of The Year Nominee”.

This is the first time that the maximum number of songwriters are involved.

Going back a year, Beyonce’s Black Parade, which was the first nominee ever to have nine songwriters. Black Parade took over from ”That’s What I Like” from Bruno Mars. Bruno’s song, written by eight other people was on the list for nominations in 2018. Before that, it was ”Say My Name” from Destiny’s Child in 2000; Back then, seven people were given the credit for the song.

The Grammys is to be held on 31st January at 8 PM EST on CBS and Paramount+

Currently, the final round of the 64th annual Grammy Awards is going on. Every member of the Recording Academy must cast their vote by January 3rd. As for the winner announcement, you know the date of the announcement.

Some of the other candidates for the 2022 Grammy include John Batiste, Doja Cat, Olivia Rodrigo, and Billie Eilish. 

The ”Best New Artist” nominees are Glass Animal, Japanese Restaurant, Finneas, and Ario Parks.

For 2022, Jay-Z has also booked three nominations surpassing Quincy Jones.

Justin and his ”Tour”

In addition to all of it, back in November, Justin Bieber announced his next tour called the Justice World Tour

The official dates of the tour are already out. Justin Bieber is going to host 40 concerts; stretched over New Zealand, Europe, the United Kingdom, Latin America, Israel, South Africa, and Australia.

Bieber, through his Instagram account, has led us to the info. With a planned schedule of converting more than 20 countries, the concert will be held in 98 cities. Justin’s fans are clear about watching him live and being a part of the concert.

Furthermore, Justin Bieber’s upcoming album, Justice is what the tour is based on.

“We have been working hard to create the best show we have ever done and we can’t wait to share it with fans around the world. See you soon,” he said about the tour in a statement.
