Facebook co-founder and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s got some real MMA skills. In a recently posted video on Instagram, Mark Zuckerberg astonished the UFC world with his skills. Now, I am not claiming that he is ready for the ring, but the video clearly states that this isn’t his first time!
The wealthiest man on earth just posted a video on Instagram while promoting one of his training partners Khai “The Shadow Wu” for his upcoming UFC debut. He wrote: “One of my training partners, @khaiwu, is making his @ufcfightpass debut tonight. Go get it Khai and looking forward to a great fight!”
Well, he may have promoted Kwai, but we cannot keep our eyes off his clean moves and footwork. If you’re an ardent UFC fan and know a little about MMA, you’d know that the boy has been practising well. Mark’s video has received more than 253K likes and a mixed reaction from fans and MMA artists.
The UFC World Reacts To Mark’s Moves…
If you aren’t aware, it’s UFC weekend and MMA professional, Khai Wu, who is seen in Mark’s training video, is making his debut at Urijah Faber’s A1 Combat 5 promotion. As Mark’s personal trainer, he’s ensured that the 38-year-old business mogul got his moves right. In the video, Zuckerberg can be seen kicking, punching and grappling his opponent.
Don’t you wanna know what the UFC world thinks about this video? Well, they’re clearly taken by surprise and some of them have shown respect over his sparring training sesh. For instance, MMA artist Johnny Elben wrote, “Let’s train”. Well, he clearly wishes to train with Zuckerberg.Â
Brazilian MMA artist Gilbert Burns think that the video is pretty dope.  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor Bernardo Faria wrote: “Amazing!!! Half guard, arm-bars, triangle! Super cool!” UFC champions Alexander Volkanovski and Aljamain Sterling also praised Mark’s moves.
Well, Mark Zuckerberg clearly loves physical activity and his Instagram is filled with surfing and wakeboarding videos. As for MMA, Mark revealed his love for the sport in a recent interview with Joe Rogan. He spoke about how he feels connected to the sport.
Mark expressed:Â “After an hour or two of working out or rolling or wrestling with friends or training with different folks, it’s like, you’re ready to solve all the problems for the day. I really like watching UFC for example, but I also like doing the sport. It’s because I have a connection to it.”
He revealed that as the Covid-19 pandemic struck the world, he got immersed in MMA. FYI, Mark also trained with a man named Dave Camarillo-Guerilla for Jiu Jitsu.
