Bollywood actors Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are all set to take their wedding vows this week!
All eyes are glued to the much-anticipated royal wedding of the B-town that will be happening at the Six Senses Resort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The wedding functions will be taking place between December 7 to December 10.
And what is catching everyone’s curiosity are the guests who will be attending their wedding ceremony. Let us get into the details regarding the same.
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal all set to tie the knot
Katrina and Vicky are planning to keep their wedding a private and intimate affair. As such, only family and close friends are being invited to the ceremony.
It is expected that around 120 guests which also includes the big names of the film industry will be attending the wedding functions in Rajasthan. A few days after their wedding, Katrina and Vicky will be hosting a grand reception for the film fraternity.
They are likely to get hitched on Thursday, 9th December as per Hindu rituals. The Sangeet ceremony will happen on Tuesday, 7th December whereas the Mehendi ceremony is expected to be held the next day on Wednesday, 8th December.
It is also expected that the actors will hold a special reception post their wedding on Friday, 10th December for the guests.

The expected names attending the wedding are Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dalal, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli, Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar, Alvira, Shahid Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, Esha Deol, Ali Abbas, Farah Khan, Aditya Pancholi, Mani Mathur, Sooraj Pancholi, Neha Dhupia, and her husband Angad Bedi.
Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has also been invited to grace the wedding ceremony of the actors. Shah Rukh Khan is also said to be an invitee. Katrina has worked with SRK in Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Zero.
Also expected to attend the wedding are Bharat director Kabir Khan with whom Katrina has worked on multiple projects. Aanand L Rai, the director of Zero which starred Katrina is also expected to be on the guest list.
Well, it seems Salman Khan (Katrina’s Bharat co-star) is not there on the guest list as earlier Arpita Khan (Salman’s sister) has denied receiving any wedding invite.
Wedding preparations for Katrina and Vicky’s wedding
Preparations have been in full swing for the much-awaited wedding of the year to happen at the Six Senses Resort in Sawai Madhopur.
Sawai Madhopur district collector Rajendra Kishan said, “As far as we have been informed, there will be 120 guests for four days from December 7 to 10. He said directions have been given that all guests should have got both the doses of vaccination. RTPCR test is compulsory for those who have not taken vaccine doses.”
It is being ensured that COVID protocols will be followed at the wedding. The district administration has also held a meeting to ensure the security arrangements. Guests are supposed to be fully vaccinated against COVID or else need to show a negative RT-PCR test result.
Another interesting thing about the wedding is that one cannot carry his/her phone so as to avoid sharing any photos/videos of the wedding ceremony with anyone or on social media.
