Nasty Allegation Made In The Suit…
Israel Englander, who is known as one of the richest men in the world, underwent a messy divorce from his wife, Caryl. The ex-couple was married for more than 40 years. In the legal document, Caryl also agreed to fall in love with another woman. Furthermore, the suit made some startling allegations. It came out that the highest-paid hedge funder of 2020 (earnings worth $3.8 billion), “set out to terrorize the two women to force a break in their relationship, believing he could intimidate Caryl into “waking up” and “coming back to him”.
The civil lawsuit also alleges that “as he openly confessed to numerous people in Dominique’s professional circle”. Not only this, but Israel also vowed to “destroy” Dominque and her business.”
The civil lawsuit further claims that Israel Englander simultaneously intimidated and defrauded Caryl into executing a “series of trust agreements and other financial documents”. These formed a part of the November 2020 postnuptial agreement and stripped her of her “equitable share of the billions of dollars of marital assets that the couple had built and accumulated over four decades of marriage”.
Caryl also claimed that the hedge fund titan carried out a “years-long campaign of duress” against two women, having them followed and photographed, hacking their emails and phones”. The massive divorce settlement is said to include a portion of the former couple’s massive real estate portfolio and large art collection.
