In an interview with Entertainment Tonight published in March 2022, Kevin Costner stated that the show helped him to reach out to a wider audience. Then, he said, “If I’m out, within an hour, somebody is going to talk about it.”
The Oscar winner went on to say, “You kind of hope that happens a little bit and it has. I think it’s what happens when you have great dialogue and you put it against mountains and rivers and running horses. I think there’s a little gold dust on it.”

In June, Paramount revealed that Wendy Moniz and Mo Brings Plenty, who have played recurring characters since the beginning of the show will be promoted to series regulars for season 5. Along with this, Jennifer Landon and Kathryn Kelly, who play the roles of Teeter and Emily respectively, have also been promoted to series regulars.
In the forthcoming season of the show Yellowstone, Josh Lucas, Kylie Rogers, and Kyle Red Silverstein will also be reprising their roles as the younger versions of John Dutton, Beth Dutton, and Rip Wheeler.
This year, we will also be seeing some new faces in the Dutton family. In the upcoming season of the hit show Yellowstone, Kai Caster has been cast to play the role of a young cowboy whose name is Rowdy.
Country superstar Lainey Wilson will essay the character of a musician named Abby, meanwhile, Dawn Oliveri has also been added to the cast of season 5 of Yellowstone. She will play the role of corporate shark Sarah Atwood. Lilli Kay will be a new assistant to one of the Duttons.

While having a chat with Entertainment Tonight, Kevin spilled the beans on the upcoming season of the show. He joked around and told the media outlet, “I got a new horse. How’s that?”
It seems like in the forthcoming season of the show, Yellowstone, Kayce Dutton (played by Luke Grimes) will have to make a decision about where he fits in with his family amid his marriage to Monica (portrayed by Kelsey Asbille).
In season 5, there is a possibility that we will get to see a dynamic between Jamie (essayed by Wes Bentley) and Beth (played by Kelly Reilly) that looks poised to continue creating problems, especially now that the former is a murderer and the latter knows it.
During an interview at the ACM Awards in March 2022, Grimes and Asbille teased the fates of their characters. Then, Asbille talked about her character Monica’s second pregnancy, which was disclosed in season 4. She told the media outlet, “I’m ready to have a sweet little baby on set.”
Although, Grimes wasn’t sure about the outcome being positive. He joked around and further added, “We might die tomorrow. It’s kind of the Yellowstone [trademark].” Kelsey also stated that she is not sure whether Monica and Kayce’s marriage will last. She continued, “I hope that they’ll be happy in the end, but it’s not likely, to be honest.” Grimes said, “We’re sorta on the ride with everybody else.”
Jefferson White will be in season 5 of ‘Yellowstone’
Jefferson White will also be seen in season 5 of Yellowstone. He addressed the rumors of his character Jimmy’s exit after he relocated to the 6666 Ranch in Texas during season 4. White told Us Weekly, “I’m in season 5. Jimmy’s in season 5. That’s great. I’m really looking forward to that.”
He continued, “I didn’t know necessarily what Jimmy’s future was. I still don’t know exactly what Jimmy’s future holds. I’ve really given up on trying to guess. What Taylor Sheridan, the show’s creator — I think one of the best writers in television now or ever, definitely — comes up with is always so much better than what I could come up with. So I’m really excited that Jimmy’s journey continues, and I have no idea where it leads and I’m just kind of ready to try to hold on.”
