Winners Of The Fact Music Awards 2022 Are Revealed

On October 8, 2022, at the KSPO Dome, the 22nd The Fact Music Awards (TMAs) were the most significant event in the music industry. A star-studded event hosted by the members of Girls’ Generation, Seohyun, and Jun Hyun Moo, the event did not disappoint.

Since COVID-19 was the first time there was an offline ceremony in three years, there was a lot of excitement among the fans.

Presenters At The Ceremony Included Several Celebrities

The KSPO Dome (Olympic Gymnastic Stadium) has been open in Seoul, South Korea, for three years now, so fans can now cheer for their favorite artists live there. Seohyun of Girls’ Generation and TV personality Jun Hyun Moo will host the awards for the first time this year.

It was announced that the red carpet for the TMA 2022 would begin at 4:30 pm KST, and the awards show would start at 6:30 pm KST. BTS and Lim Young Woong got the most awards, with five each. As part of this, an all-star lineup of presenters will be on hand, including Choi Daniel, Kim Sejeong, Kim Ji Hoon, Lee Joo Bin, singer Song Hae Na, rising star Jung Hyuk, and baseball commentator Shim Soo Chang.

As part of this year’s event, there will be performances from NewJeans, TNX, Kep1er, LE SSERAFIM, Kim Ho Joong, Young Tak, IVE, Treasure, THE BOYZ, Stray Kids, NCT DREAM, and BTS, as well as songs from PSY, Lim Young Woong, Kang Daniel, ITZY, ATEEZ, Hwang Chi Yeul, (G)I-DLE, THE BOYZ.

Five Consecutive Fact Music Awards For BTS

For the past five years, BTS has won the Daesang award at ‘The Fact Music Awards’ and promised to be as candid in their acceptance speech as they used to be. RM, the group’s leader, received seven awards, including the Daesang award, which he accepted on behalf of the entire group in an acceptance speech.

He says, “I saw so many cool artists ahead of us, and I’m honestly not sure if we performed cooler and better than them. So I’m very humbled… but we try to think that this is a result of you showing love, gratitude, and genuine feelings for our performance for the past ten years.”

BTS, on the other hand, took home seven awards, including the Daesang Artist of the Year award (Bonsang), the Global Fan N Star Award, the Fan N Star Choice Award for individual (Jin) and group (BTS), the Idol Plus Popularity Award, and the Fan N Star Most Voted Award.
