Hajime Isayama finished writing the manga in 2021, The final volume of the manga was released in June 2021. The series has a total of 34 volumes consisting of 139 chapters. A total of 129 chapters have been covered so far by the end of the second installment of season 4.
The normal pacing of anime is 1-2 chapters in one episode of 25 mins each. So 4 episodes, an hour long should cover all the parts properly. without missing or running through the important parts of the chapters.
Isayama has announced that he has no plans for writing a sequel to the manga. Therefore this might be the last time we get to read our favorite manga or watch the anime adaptation of it. Season 4 part 3 will conclude the series and give the ending to the characters they rightly deserve.
If sources are to be believed the anime adaptation will get a different ending than the manga as most fans were heartbroken and not satisfied with it. We will get to know more about it when official announcements are made regarding the series.
