Johnny Depp has postponed the forthcoming tour dates of his band Hollywood Vampires. The famed band had to postpone their US tour dates due to the Pirates of the Caribbean actor’s ankle injury.
The rock band Hollywood Vampires which includes Alice Cooper, Joe Perry, and Tommy Henriksen confirmed the news of the postponement by releasing a statement on their official social media handles.

On Monday, the A Nightmare on Elm Street used his Instagram page to share a health update with his fans. He took to his Instagram Story to share with his fans that he has been advised to take some rest following his painful ankle injury.
Johnny wrote, “My dear friends, I am sorry to say that I have fractured my ankle, which is a drag!!! It began as a hairline break but somewhere between Cannes and the Royal Albert Hall it got worse rather than better.”
The 59-year-old movie star further added, “Several medical professionals have strongly suggested I avoid any and all activity for the moment and so am sadly unable to travel at this time. The guys and I are very sorry to miss you in New Hampshire, Boston, and New York.”

The band issued a statement that read, “We are sad to share that the Hollywood Vampires will be rescheduling our three US tour dates this coming week. Johnny has sustained a painful injury to his ankle following his recent appearances and has been advised by his doctor not to travel.”
Hollywood Vampires went on to say, “He is devastated by this turn of events, but looks forward to resting up so all four Vampires can bring their absolute best to the tour in Europe.”
The band concluded the Instagram post by writing, “All tickets will be honored for the new dates: July 28 – Boston, MA – Wang Theatre Boch Center July 29 – Manchester, NH – SNHU Arena July 30 – Bethel, NY – Bethel Woods Center For The Arts”
