In an Instagram post shared, Bowie’s representation and Holland’s company, Icon Management Inc., said, “We’re devasted to share the very sad news that Tori Bowie has passed away.”
They went on to say, “We’ve lost a client, dear friend, daughter, and sister. Tori was a champion…a beacon of light that shined so bright! We’re truly heartbroken and our prayers are with the family, friends, and everyone that loved her.”

Sand Hill, Rankin County, Mississippi, U.S. She mainly competed in the long jump, 100 meters, and 200 meters. In the year 2016, she won gold in the women’s 4 x 100m relay final at Olympic Games held in Rio. Along with this, she also bagged a silver (100m) as well as a bronze (200m) for the United States.
The track and field athlete also won gold in the 100m race at the 2017 IAAF World Championships in London.
