Orville: New Horizons Season 3 Release Date Is Here
The best thing about any show is when its season gets a release date. The Orville: New Horizons, the third season of the comedy-drama science fiction television series The Orville, will premiere on June 2, 2022.
It will be available on Hulu in the United States and Disney+ internationally. The season will consist of 11 episodes. We know it’s fewer than the previous two seasons. But each episode will perform on average 12 to 15 minutes longer.
Creator Seth Macfarlane talked about the show moving to a different network.
“I want to say: It’s an absolute thrill to not be on the Fox network. Hulu is literally on top with their streaming game, Kardashians aside just knowing our show is now available, and the public can enjoy watching $50 million worth of special effects on their phone while they defecate, really gives me goosebumps.”

However, the crew appears to be having a good time. The crew has laughed and served together and owes each other their lives. In the trailer, there is hope on the horizon.

There Are A Lot Of Developments In Season 3
Seth MacFarlane mentioned a little about his opinion on the upcoming season. And mentioned there’s actually a lot of development and they’ve come a far way.
“When I think back at the season that we’ve finished that’s coming up, I wonder a lot, ‘Did we connect ourselves too directly, in too linear a fashion, to what we did in season one and season two?’
Certainly, throughout the season, there’s a lot of developments that are direct descendants of stories that we did in the first two seasons, and it’s a much richer viewing experience if you know those stories.”
He also added, “But hopefully what will happen is—maybe somebody watches episode one or episode two of this season [three], finds something they like, goes back and watches the first two seasons, and then finishes season three. Hopefully, there’s some of that.”
What To Expect From Orville: New Horizons Season 3?
There’s actually a lot to expect. “Electric Sheep” is the title of the first episode of Season Three. And it will center on how the Orville crew deals with the interpersonal fallout from the combat against the Kaylon, as well as the complicated consequences.
Seth also assured spectators that this season will be a surprise for everyone.
“I am confident this will be the most surprising season yet. It is not going where you think it is going.”
