During CinemaCon 2021, Paramount Pictures revealed a video showcasing Cruise’s “most dangerous stunt ever,” as he characterizes it.
Cruise rides a motorcycle up a ramp and off a cliff, jumps from the motorcycle, and then parachutes to the land in this sequence. The actor apparently engaged in 500 hours of skydiving instruction and 1300 motorcycle jumps to qualify for the stunt. The ramp featured in the sequence took months of construction work as well.

McQuarrie revealed that in this upcoming movie the emotional growth of the characters will be explored.
McQuarrie stated, “When we went into making Fallout, I said to Tom, ‘I really want to make this more of an emotional journey for [Ethan Hunt]’. “Going into this, I said, I want to take what we learned from Fallout and apply it to every character in the movie.
