Tom Cruise Allegedly Very Interested In Shakira
After Tom Cruise and Shakira were spotted together at the Formula One Grand Prix in Miami, a source revealed that Tom Cruise is extremely interested in pursuing Shakira. “This is chemistry,” the source said.
Referring to Shakira’s split from former FC Barcelona footballer, Gerard Pique, the source further added, “Shakira needs a soft pillow to fall on, and that could be Tom,” adding that Cruise has the benefit of being, “a nice-looking guy, and he is talented.”
Not only this, but the source also spoke about the height difference between the two celebrities, “And she isn’t taller than him. Cruise is 5-foot-7 while the pop star is 5-foot-2. the source concluded.
Shakira recently moved to Miami with her children following a nasty custody battle with Pique. But again, after ending the 12-year relationship, especially after Pique cheated on the star, Shakira is taking her time to heal.
The Feeling Isn’t Mutual Between Shakira and Tom Cruise
The ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ singer previously revealed in an interview, “It’s been tough not only for me but also for my kids. Incredibly difficult,” adding, “I can only say that I put everything I had into this relationship and my family.”
After Page Six broke out the story of Tom Cruise’s interest in the heart-throbbing singer, another source reported that the feelings are not mutual. “Shakira had a great time hanging out with Tom at F1 but she has no interest in dating him,” the source said.
“He was really nice, and she enjoyed his company, but she isn’t focused on dating him or anybody else at the moment. She has a lot on her plate and is focused on her kids [Sasha, 8, and Milan, 10] and career for now,” the source revealed. It was also reported that Shakira gave it a good laugh after hearing about the rumors.
